 Post subject: Release #1 targets.

These are the milestones I think we should try and hit for a first release 'playable' codebase.

- Functioning atmos.
- Functioning, optimized water flows.
- New tileset that Skowron is working on.
- All jobs spawn with the required equipment.
- E1 main map complete, including randomly generated terrain and animals.
- Functional fish AI (run away from mobs or attack mobs, locate and eat food, die out of water).
- E2 administrative map in place (escape shuttle, antag spawns, etc).
- E3 mining map complete - most of this can be randomly generated so this one won't take very long.
- VIP channel and cosmetics in.

We can do a primary release without the new antagonist types, but if anyone has any additions to what I've outlined above, please post them.

Key idea here is to be realistic in timeframe/workload and be consistent. I'm going to try and make sure we do a major release each month if we can swing it, at least until we're up to speed.

Going to amend the fish AI part to just use the carp AI for now; I need to talk to Psi and GN about who has the most advanced AI rewrite in progress and maybe look at helping with that, but until then carp AI will do fine.
